  • By using our platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

  • We offer a 7–15 day free trial period to allow you to explore all our features before making a purchase.
  • After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
  • By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as chosen).

5. Payments & Billing

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing details.
  • We are not liable for any errors by third-party processors.
  • Prices are subject to change; any increase will be notified in advance.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Since our services are digital, all purchases are final after the trial.

    • At our sole discretion.
  • Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime, but no refunds will be issued for past payments.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of India govern these Terms.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
