At YourPodStore, each product is made-to-order, created just for you. Because of this personalised production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer’s remorse, size issues, or personal preferences. However, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Please review the details below.
Order Issues & Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or with incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To request a replacement or refund for damaged/incorrect products:
- Email: contact@yourpodstore.com
- Subject: Order Issue – [Your Order Number]
- Include Photos That clearly show the defect or damage.
After review, we will process a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, based on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size orders (please check size charts carefully).
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- The incorrect address was provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins (usually within 24 hours of order placement). If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at contact@yourpodstore.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you if possible.
Lost or Unclaimed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed packages. In such cases:
- Reshipping: We can arrange reshipment once the package is returned to us (shipping costs apply).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return or issue is approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider first before contacting us.
